These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the TAMA-SHOP company network.

Age restrictions apply: TAMA-SHOP reserves sales to customers over 18 years of age and to minors with parental authorization.

We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company TAMA-SHOP implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

If the item is unavailable, TAMA-SHOP undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible on the site.

Article 3: Price

Article 4: Payment

ARTICLE 9: AVAILABILITY:

The products offered by TAMA-SHOP are valid as long as they are visible on the site within the limit of available stocks. Information on the availability of products is provided at the time of placing the order. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the order, TAMA-SHOP undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail upon receipt of the information as soon as possible. The order will be cancelled and the customer reimbursed if his account has been debited. ARTICLE 11. PARTIAL DISABILITY:

These general terms and conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entirety of the contractual relations between the parties.

ARTICLE 13. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:

TAMASHOP reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Customers who do not wish for contractual relations to be governed by the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale must notify this and, from the date on which the new version takes effect, they must stop using TAMASHOP's services. In the event that one of the terms of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions will remain in force.
