Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the package by the customer. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

The package must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package, the postmark being proof. Any packages with a delivery date greater than 14 days will be refused.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Swimsuits and jewelry are neither returned nor exchanged.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW FOR A RETURN:

Place the return form in the package or on the back of the thank you card.

You must include the form available in your return package: HERE or simply use the back of the thank you card received with the package.

Any return received without the form or the back of the thank you card inserted in the package will not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility and risk of the customer .
We recommend that you choose a tracked package.
Keep your proof of sending carefully until you receive confirmation of reimbursement from your bank.
The return depends on your entire responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage by the postal services.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Promotional items are refunded as a credit.

- Refund :

Once the merchandise has been returned and received, we will refund or send your credit within 30 days of receipt.
This refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used by the Customer. As such, the Customer having paid for his order in the form of a credit note will be reimbursed by credit note according to the wishes of the Operator.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original labels .

- Exchanges:

For exchanges, you must follow the same procedure as traditional returns detailed above, then place a new order for the item of your choice. The exchange will therefore necessarily involve a refund in the form of a credit note (shipping costs deducted) and you will have to reorder the item of your choice within one month.

Please note that in the event of a change of size, we strongly advise you to reorder very quickly, as stocks are limited.

- Sale items:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or from "Black Friday" sales or any other promotions (such as clearance sales) are not refundable, only a credit will be offered.


- Gifts :

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (minus shipping). Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

- Late or missing refunds :

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
