Colissimo Domicile – without signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, directly to your mailbox.
If it is not big enough and you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days or to collect your parcel the next day at 3 p.m. from the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office within 15 days.

International standard

- Home delivery in 2 to 8 working days

Colissimo delivery to a relay point. (selection of the relay point after your payment)

With Colissimo Point Retrait you have several collection methods to choose from to collect your parcel. You can choose one of the 10,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace or vacation spot, where you want to have it delivered.

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
